Skinny Shamed.

I recently posted a vlog about me personally victimizing myself by pushing myself to maintain my idea of a perfect body image.

Skinny Shamed | 5 Lazy Girl Booty Workouts

Although it may sound great to be able to eat whatever you want without gaining weight. It is extremely important to focus on good nutrition, as I said like 1000 times in the video (sorry). Your nutritional intake affects 100% of your body. From your day to day body functions, your skin health, your hair growth and maintaining the body image that makes you feel comfortable and genuinely love yourself for who you are.

I hope you enjoy this quick video!

with love,

c.p

Great video, it’s important to talk about. It’s important to look after ourselves too, I don’t gain weight that easily but that doesn’t mean I can just eat anything – I have to make sure I get the right nutrition that is needed for a healthy balanced diet 🙂

I like the video, I can relate to the body shaming since I got it but not because I was skinny but rather because I was overweight espically around My Thighs from what you hear around you you start to hate your body I was sick of my body and wanted to lose weight I did though but now I am not like I used to I appreciate and reapect my body curves and size that made huge difference on how I feel in general I started think of what I want to do with my body according to me not what society or else says I should or should not do or be and really don’t care what other thinks even if they say so and if they do say anything I won’t let slide. Because skinny glamorouized in the media people tends to forget that could also hurt people and sadly I did too but that’s good to talk about to

  4. When I originally commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the exact same comment. Is there a way you are able to remove me from that service? Many thanks!
