Chicago

There’s something special about visiting a city for the very first time. When you are seeing it with fresh eyes, without expectations, and letting it surprise you. Chicago did exactly that. From the moment I arrived, it felt layered, soulful, and alive in a way that’s hard to put into words but impossible not to…

The Spirit of Christmas

The Spirit of Christmas: A Gentle Joy That Wraps the End of the Year in Light There’s something unmistakable about the spirit of Christmas. It arrives quietly, almost like a soft snowfall. About Me

Hi, I’m Caysey. I fell in love with writing as a form of expression when I was a little girl. I had always had such big ideas and elaborate thoughts that writing became an outlet for me. I started blogging in 2017 when I didn’t really know what it meant entirely until I founded the community in which bloggers lived and expressed.

Here in 2022, at the ripe young age of 25, I decided I wanted to rebrand and reorganize my interests and get back to the roots of which I enjoyed. You may still find my young blog posts on this website as I couldn’t bring myself to part with them. But hopefully you will recognize my growth as I weave through the process.
