I know this sounds weird, corn in dip?? but I promise you its so good and SO easy to make!
Melt 16-oz of cream cheese in a sauce pan. Add one can(15-oz) corn. Salt and Pepper to taste. Add chopped jalapenos, cumin, taco seasoning, cayenne pepper to taste or as desired!
