Classic Broccoli Casserole

I’m sure you all have heard the expression “there’s more than one way to skin a cat” and while although I’ve never skinned a cat or even thought about it, I have made a casserole and I do believe there’s more than one way to make a casserole!

I posted a broccoli casserole about a year or so ago that I found yummy enough to make a post about but there’s a particular casserole that I was raised on that I tastes so good and I like it because it’s so easy to make!

Ingredients:

Two 10oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli

1 cup of mayo

1 cup of grated cheese

2 eggs

2 cups crushed Ritz crackers

One 10 oz can of mushroom soup

Directions:

Preheat Oven 350 degrees

Mix cooked broccoli, mayo, cheese, soup and eggs.

Place in baking dish, Top with crackers & extra cheese

Cook 35 minutes until soft and brown.
