Football Sunday’s are back!

Football Sunday’s are back which means it’s time to get cooking! If you’re from the US you know how important football Sunday’s are, especially to the guys and I love an excuse to make a good meal.

Last week we had another couple come over for Steaks, Green Beans, Baked Mac and Cheese and Roasted Potatoes. Maybe not your typically Football meal but definitely getting Sunday meal vibes.

Mccormick Grill Mates makes a marinate for steak that we let our steaks soak in all morning. It says you only need to for thirty minutes so I believe that works too. We also tenderized the meat before putting them in the bag to marinate. img_8760-e1539446926507.jpgimg_8768.jpg

I let Alex handle the meat because he’s better at it than I am but the part I was really excited about was the baked Mac and Cheese! My favorite. img_8758

I used the recipe that I posted not too long ago: The Best Baked Mac & Cheese and it was so good!

Next I fixed some cute little potatoes from The Little Potato Company. It is directed that you just add water and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes but I just added water and butter and baked it with the Mac and Cheese. It took about 45 minutes.

And last but not least is the green beans! I’m not going to lie it was just canned green beans but I added olive oil, Italian seasoning, oregano, garlic powder and salt & pepper for flavoring!

And here’s our meal!!!
